Pecan pie filling paired with rolled oats instead of pecans, a layer of chocolate ganache on the bottom and a hint of ginger. The rolled oats add an amazing chewy texture. 10 inch pie serves 8-10 people.

Pie is made with an all-butter crust. Best served at room temperature.
