Silky smooth cheesecake, ultra creamy, tangy, and not too sweet. Thick graham cracker crust with a hint of cinnamon. Cream cheese and sour cream custard filling with vanilla paste. Topped with a sweet sour cream mixture and our house made orange caramel. 8 inches, serves 12.
