How do I order pie for the week of Thanksgiving? You can place an order for Thanksgiving pie at: https://www.prairiepie.com/orderthanksgiving all Thanksgiving orders must be placed online! If you are using a Prairie Pie gift card or Tea Bar & Bites gift card please call us at 417-883-2462

Where do I pick up my Thanksgiving pies? WE HAVE MOVED! In early 2025 Prairie Pie made the big move to the Rountree neighborhood. Our new location is inside Tea Bar & Bites at 621 S Pickwick Ave. Springfield MO

I didn’t see my favorite pie on the thanksgiving menu, can I order it for Thanksgiving? Nope! Our Thanksgiving menu is limited due to the volume of orders we receive. Keeping our menu small helps us to streamline the production process and allows us to make as many pies as possible!

Can I order take n bake pot pies for Thanksgiving? Yes! On our Thanksgiving order page you can place an order for single serving chicken and curry vegetable pot pies and family size chicken pot pies!

What will the store hours be on the week of Thanksgiving? We will be open Tuesday and Wednesday, November 25th & 26th from 9AM-9PM and Thursday, November 27th from 9AM-12PM.

I need to cancel my Thanksgiving pie order, what do I do? Please email hello@prairiepie.com with your order number in the subject line!

How long do I have to place an order for Thanksgiving? Online ordering for Thanksgiving will close on Sunday, November 23rd.

What sizes of pie are available for Thanksgiving? Only our 10 inch whole pies are available for the week of Thanksgiving. Each pie serves 8-10 people.

How do I store my Thanksgiving pie until I am ready to serve it? Each pie will come with instructions on how to store that specific pie!

I pre-ordered a Thanksgiving pie, when can I pick it up? When ordering pie online you will select a date and time for pick-up. You can see the date and time selected on your confirmation email. If you need to change your pick-up date or time please email hello@prairiepie.com.
